Account Registration

Registration Terms
- Each person may create only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them may be closed.
- If multiple members of the same household wish to operate separate accounts from the same device or network, the support team must be informed in advance.
- jilibet reserves the right to suspend an account if the information provided during registration is found to be false or incomplete.
- A National ID card or other government-issued document may be requested for account verification.
- Identity is confirmed by sending an OTP to the registered mobile number.
Age Verification and Minors Prohibited
All jilibet services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.
A National ID card, passport or birth registration certificate may be requested as proof of age during account verification. If a member is found to be under 21, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions on that account will be considered void.
Account Security
The confidentiality of a member's login details is entirely that member's own responsibility. Passwords should never be shared with anyone else. jilibet will never ask for your password by email or message.
Security Guidelines
- Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, combining letters, numbers and special characters.
- Always log out after using a public or shared device.
- If you notice any unusual activity on your account, contact the support team immediately.
- You will be held responsible for any activity carried out from your account, even if it was done by a third party.

Deposits and Withdrawals
jilibet offers convenient payment methods for members in Bangladesh. Both deposits and withdrawals are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. Bank transfers include major commercial banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank.
Deposit Terms
- Minimum deposit: ৳300 (per method).
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Depositing from a third party's account is strictly prohibited.
- Additional information may be requested to verify suspicious deposits.
Withdrawal Terms
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes.
- The method used for withdrawal must match the deposit method on that account.
- jilibet reserves the right to hold withdrawals until KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawals cannot be initiated if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
jilibet runs various bonus and promotional offers. Each offer has its own terms that must be read carefully before accepting.
Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, making the total balance ৳2,200, and the wagering required is ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000.
General Bonus Rules
- Earnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus offer has been met.
- It is not possible to have more than one bonus active at the same time.
- If bonus abuse is found, the account may be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
- In any dispute regarding bonuses, jilibet's decision will be considered final.
- jilibet reserves the right to change or cancel bonus offers.
Fair Use Policy
jilibet is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment. All members must treat each other and the platform with respect.
Prohibited Activities
- Using automated bots or software to play games or place bets is prohibited.
- Attempting to access another member's account or steal their information is prohibited.
- Exploiting any technical flaw in the platform is prohibited.
- Colluding with other members to place bets is prohibited.
- Using abusive or offensive language in the chat or messaging feature is prohibited.
Fraud and Cheating Prohibited
Any form of fraudulent activity on jilibet is strictly prohibited and punishable. Any attempt at fraud will result in the permanent closure of the account concerned, and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
Categories of Fraud
- Identity fraud: Creating an account using a fake or another person's identity documents.
- Payment fraud: Using another person's payment method without their permission.
- Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly.
- Money laundering: Using the platform to clean illegally obtained funds.
Any suspicious activity is automatically monitored by jilibet's security team. jilibet reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if necessary.
Gaming Rules

General Gaming Rules
- A bet cannot be changed once a game round has started.
- If the internet connection is lost, the game result is saved on the server and can be viewed once the connection is restored.
- If a game is left incomplete due to a technical fault, the bet for that round will be refunded.
- RTP (Return to Player) information for each game can be found in the game details.
- In sports betting, bets placed before a match starts cannot be cancelled.
